You can easily receive a refund by notifying us via [email protected] no later than 14 days from the subscription purchase date.
We ask you to specify your user name and the reason for cancelling the subscription and requesting a refund in your email to help us improve our service in the future.
Only subscription purchases can be refunded! A 3-day trial, which costs $1, can't be refunded, even if it's cancelled before the end of the trial period or as a part of the Yearly Subscription that renewed automatically.
You can get a refund:
- If you order our services for the first time, and there's no any other previously made purchases connected to your account.
- If you haven't exceeded 100 connections to our service and 500 MB of the bandwidth.
- If you've requested a refund within 14 days of purchase date.
It may take up to 15 business days for the funds to reach your bank account since the moment we made a refund and sent you a confirmation email. The time required for returning the money depends on your payment method, bank regulations, and other factors.
In case you don't see the refund on your bank account after 15 days since you received our confirmation email, please let us know via [email protected]
If more than 14 days have passed since you bought the subscription, you can still request a refund. However, in this case, it will be at our sole discretion, and we will issue a refund only if you can prove that our service wasn't available, or you couldn't use it during the term of your subscription, or that you tried to contact our support team during the period of 14 days to report issues, but your attempts were not successful. Only when we get such proof, a refund after a period of 14 days will be considered.

Free Trial Mobile Subscriptions
You can refund the mobile subscription cost by sending us a request to [email protected] within 48 hours since you bought it unless you have a free trial.
If you have been charged the full cost of the subscriptions after the three days of a free trial, you are not eligible for a refund.
However, you can always cancel free trial before the full cost is charged by following the next steps:
- Go to the Google Play
- Choose “Subscriptions” in the menu
- Choose the one you want to cancel
- Tap “Cancel subscription”
