Privacy Policy
We deliver privacy-oriented services, and our users' privacy and safety online are of top priority for us. We make every effort to ensure our users their basic right for privacy, anonymity, digital freedom, net neutrality, and online safety.
To ensure your basic rights for online privacy, we also adhere to a strict Zero-logs policy. However, even thou no identifiable information is being collected or logged by our platform, your usage of our services generate some types of data, and this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of data generated and the ways we may use it.
We encourage our users to review the Policy carefully before using our Services, as by using so, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
A Zero-log Policy
We log no personally identifiable information of our users(“Personal Data”), no IP addresses, no connection logs, no traffic destination — nothing — as we stick to our main goal which is ensuring privacy and safety. To be able to achieve this goal, we have deliberately designed our service in such a way that we are not able to identify or trace back any information about you or your use of our system at any time — whether it's before, during or after your use of our Services.
All we have is a summarized and anonymized data (collected on the basis of activity of a group of users, but not of a particular user) in order to get statistics and improve our apps and Services. This data may include the time duration of connections to our servers; the total amount of data transferred per day through our Services; connection speeds; connection failures and the number of active users.
Mobile Users
Our mobile apps may include the "Firebase SDK", a 3rd party analyzing tool provided by Google, in order to ensure the best experience and efficient performance of our Services and to analyze the quality and bugs of our mobile applications.
The data we receive from Firebase is fully anonymized, and we use it in such a way that it cannot be connected with an individual user.
You are free to opt out from “Share diagnostics and usage statistics” in the app's setting in order to disable Firebase activity. You can read more about Firebase privacy policy provided by Google here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
Free Service
While using the Free Service, you may see some generic ads distributed by Google AdMob. Please remember that we do not share any of your data with AdMob. However, AdMob may be able to gather your device Advertising ID independently. You can read more about Advertising ID and how to disable personalized adverts here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6048248
Premium Service
When using the Premium Service, we ask you to provide an Email address in order to create your account. We emphasize that we do not share Email addresses with anyone and, due to our zero-logs policy, your online activity of using our Services cannot be traced back to your account. Besides, our premium users are not served with ads.
Please keep in mind that if you decide to pay for the service with a credit card, our payment-processing provider will be able to identify the credit card details (i.e., the country of issue, card number, expiration date, CCV, and cardholder’s name) after making a payment. We do not process any payments ourselves, and that is why we do not have any access to your full payment details submitted to our payment provider.
Security
We use reliable administrative, physical measures and technical security measures to safeguard information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, and modification.
While we consider these systems are potent, it is crucial to understand that there are no data security measures in the world that can offer 100% protection.
Servers are housed in data centers that apply reliable and robust security practices. These data centers never require us to collect or store any traffic data or Personal Data related to your use of the Service.
If any data center asked us to log any of your data, we would cancel operations with said data center and find alternative ways that meet the requirements of our zero-logs policy.
Even if some organization or government physically seized one of our servers and managed to break its encryption, they would find no logs or data that would tie any individual user to a certain website, event, or activity.
Cookies
We do not use cookies on our website or Services and do not collect or store cookies in order to analyze traffic data. However, we use Google Analytics service on our site, and it may collect and store
third-party cookies.
The data we receive from Google Analytics is fully anonymized, and we use it in a way that it cannot be connected with an individual user. For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please review their Privacy & Terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
Disabling cookies
You can change your cookie preferences in your browser or device settings panel. Depending on the type of a browser or device you use, you can control which cookies to allow, which cookies to block, and you can delete existing cookies.
